A class action complaint against beauty giant Dior, specifically Dior Beauty, in the Northern District of California for misleading and false product claims. This is an ongoing and developing class action complaint.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Two of Dior Beauty\u2019s foundation products formulated with SPF claiming 24-hour protection have been proven otherwise, with the SPF in the formula only providing protection for up to two hours. The foundation products include the Dior Forever Foundation and <\/span>Dior Forever Skin Glow Foundation<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The class action complaint also included the negligence that Dior Beauty had when making these false claims. The consumer who lodged the complaint stated that the money spent on these products would not be invested if the actuality of the products protection was stated first-hand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Located on the drug facts label of the products boxes is the instruction of reapplying the product every two hours. This claim was only finely printed on the back of the product and is not shown anywhere else, the complaint claims, causing massive consumer deception<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
