Camp Lejeune Lawsuits deadlines Extended til September 1st 2023
The judges managing the consolidation of Camp Lejeune Water Litigation cases have signed the order extending the deadlines for all related parties until September 1st, so the Camp Lejeuen Attorneys they appointed can propose a global case management plan by September 1st.
The hope is this consolidated process will help streamline the cases. Our hope is that the navy uses this to figure out a fair compensation and settlement proposal without forcing everyone to sue the Navy to get their fair compensation.
